Agreement
By requesting or accepting delivery of rental equipment from Azura Portable Toilets, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Rental Period
Rental periods begin at the time of delivery and end at the time of pickup. Extensions must be requested in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
Equipment Care
Renter is responsible for reasonable care of rented equipment. Charges may apply for significant damage, vandalism, or loss beyond normal wear.
Payment
Payment terms are established at booking. Standard terms are payment on delivery for one-time rentals, or net-30 for qualified commercial accounts.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 48+ hours before delivery incur no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a service fee.
Liability
Azura Portable Toilets maintains general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request for commercial accounts. Renter assumes responsibility for site suitability and safe access.
Service Guarantee
We guarantee delivery within the agreed-upon window. If we miss a scheduled service visit through our fault, we credit the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
